Q: What is Live Producer Training?
CEDaddy Producer Training is conducted live online in a Zoom meeting room. Our Professional Live Producer Training develops competency and skill for new Producers, CSR's and involved Agency Personnel teaching product knowledge, proper placement and experienced sales insights. Conducted by industry veteran CEDaddy Professionals, this course is a must have. Training provides enhanced Producer motivation and Client satisfaction, persistency, and will help reduce E&O exposures.
Q: How does CEDaddy handle Prelicense, Ethics and CE refunds, cancellations or class date changes?
We reserve the right to modify policy in this section in the event of extenuating circumstances. We recognize that there are many reasons why a refund or exchange of values might be necessary or desirable (e.g., if you find you initially ordered a course that would not be eligible for credit and need to exchange for one that would be eligible). From our perspective, you cannot be held accountable it if you become ill or have a death in the family. There will be no penalty or additional charge for such justifiable reasons. However, in the event you request a refund because you miss a live class, webinar or virtual online live class for which we have provided an instructor in good faith, and you did not notify us at least 48 hours in advance, we do not refund. In such cases and possible others not expressed herein we reserve the right to reschedule you if you request at no additional fee. There are no fees for equal exchanges, or to simply change an Ethics or other type of Class enrollment date. The student has sole responsibility to take and pass an exam. We do not refund money if you fail to pass an exam for any course, or if you simply fail to negotiate the course for credit within the allotted time. We exercise no discretion or control over formal state license examination administrators. We are not responsible in any way, shape, or manner for forfeits because a Pre-license candidate did not attend their formal state license examination or possess the proper Certificates of Completion prior to arrival at the exam site.
